When I try to log-in KOMTRAX application, an error is display.
KOMTRAX Error details when you transfer to AzureAD
If you cannot get proper solution….....
For Komatsu Group company or Komatsu Distributor, please contact to KOMTRAX support or Azure AD support team.
For customer, please contact to your Komatsu dealer.

AzureAD token (your ID on Azure AD) has expired or your information in Azure AD system cannot be recognized.
Please follow as below. (1) Please check your KOMTRAX URL address. (2) Please retry to log-in KOMTRAX URL again with Azure AD system. (3) Please make an cache clear of your browser, in case you cannot reach to Azure AD log-in page. |

・Just after log-in Azure AD ・When accessing KOMTRAX SSO URL*1 |
Your email address which registered in Azure AD system and KOMTRAX must be exactly same. Please check both email address by yourself or contact to Azure AD support team. |
| 1400003 | Parameter is invalid. | KOMTRAX Group Selection ※If you have multi account, you can select specific group which you are going to view. |
You go to KOMTRAX top page without selecting proper KOMTRAX account.
